About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley Brown-Marsh, BSN RN — a wife, a mother, a daughter, a caregiver at heart, and the founder of Marsh Oaks Independent Living LLC. After more than a decade of working as a nurse in geriatrics, psych, and medical-surgical nursing, I realized that meaningful elder care isn't just about medication or charts. It’s about presence, peace, and people — real people, with real stories and real needs.

Caring for my grandmother shaped the way I approach care today: with tenderness, dignity, and deep respect for every resident as if they were my own family. I created this home not just to offer support, but to help families heal, find peace of mind, and rebuild a sense of wholeness when life feels fragmented.
